Introduction:

Responsibilities:

• Accurate and timely processing of deposit, collection, issuing invoice, tax invoice and receipt, billing process and day to day operation of accounting receivable
• Follow up the overdue invoices and manage the collection problem cases such as delayed payment and partial payment
• Verify Received Voucher
• Reconcile the balance received between Bank Statement bank and GL.
• Set an estimate for freight income at the end of every month.
•  Balance sheet reconciliation: unearned revenue vs. revenues, output tax (PP.30) vs. incomes per P.N.D.50, bank reconciliation, and other GL accounts which are related to AR (if any)
• Prepare an accrual receivable report (AR Aging) at the end of every month.

 

Requirements:

·         Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting

·         At least 3- 5 years of experience in Accounting Background focus on Account Receivable.

·         Good understanding of Tax, VAT, and Accounting Standard.

·         Computer literacy in Oracle and Microsoft Excel.

·         SAP experience would be an advantage.

·         Good command of English skills.
