Introduction:

WHA2, Chonburi

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and review accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), petty cash, payments, and tax processes.
• Ensure strict adherence to financial and accounting policies as well as company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Oversee the maintenance and accurate reporting of fixed asset records.
• Drive the financial closing processes on a monthly and annual basis, ensuring timely and precise reporting.
• Execute thorough bank reconciliations and strategically manage cash flow to support business operations.
• Expertly prepare and file PP.36 and withholding tax documents (PND.54), ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Manage tax accounting activities, including processing tax refunds and calculating corporate income tax.
• Maintain and reconcile the general ledger and collaborate with government agencies to resolve any issues.
• Facilitate and support auditing processes, ensuring transparency and accuracy in financial reporting.

Requirements:

• Male or female, aged 25 years or older.
• 5-10 years of relevant experience is preferred.
• Bachelors degree in Accounting.
• Proven ability to work efficiently, responsibly, and punctually.
• Demonstrated patience and capability to work under pressure.
• Valid drivers license and ability to drive a car.
• Responsible and able to follow up on work as scheduled.
• Experience with Express software is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Detail-oriented with strong leadership qualities.
