Introduction:

Support month-end/year-end closing, financial reporting, account reconciliations, and tax compliance. Manage AP/AR transactions, maintain accounting records, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements, including related financial reports.
2. Record accounting transactions and verify the accuracy of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) entries, as well as supporting accounting documents.
3. Prepare account reconciliations and provide supporting information for annual financial closing.
4. Prepare and submit tax filings and other tax-related documents in compliance with applicable regulations.
5. Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal departments, external parties, and relevant authorities.
6. Maintain and organize accounting documents and records.
7. Perform other duties as assigned.
8. Working days: Monday to Saturday.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field. Candidates with relevant experience will be considered.
2. At least 2 years of experience in financial closing and handling Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and payment transactions.
3. Knowledge of taxation and tax planning. Flexible, detail-oriented, and able to work accurately under pressure.
4. Good communication and coordination skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
5. Salary negotiable, based on qualifications and experience.
