Introduction:

WHA Eastern Industrial Estate (Map Ta Phut)

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee overall accounting and finance operations, including AP, AR, and GL.
2. Manage month-end and year-end closing, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with accounting standards.
3. Prepare financial statements, consolidation reports, and tax filings in a timely manner.
4. Ensure full compliance with Thai accounting standards and tax regulations (VAT, WHT, CIT).
5. Monitor company financial performance and provide management reports for decision-making.
6. Coordinate with auditors, tax authorities, and external parties regarding financial and tax matters.
7. Support budgeting, forecasting, and internal control improvements.
8. Supervise and develop the accounting team while being able to work independently and hands-on.
9. Maintain a collaborative and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving within the organization.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2. CPD license is required.
3. At least 5 years of experience in accounting and finance management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
4. Strong experience in financial closing, consolidation, and tax compliance.
5. Good knowledge of Thai accounting and tax regulations.
6. Proficiency in English communication (both spoken and written).
7. Experience with ERP systems (SAP or similar); exposure to new company setup is an advantage.
8. Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
9. A mature, flexible, and cooperative personality with the ability to work independently.
