Responsibilities:

• Develop monthly income and expense estimation plans.
• Audit petty cash disbursements.
• Verify sales tax invoices and prepare sales tax reports.
• Review purchase tax report documents.
• Compile reports such as P.N.D.3/53/51/50/P.N.D.30.
• Submit P.N.D.3/53/50/51 P.P.30 income reports.
• Review and summarize income accounting records and report on debt repayments from debtors.
• Summarize monthly payment reports from accounting records.
• Review and summarize monthly salary data.
• Record transactions in the general journal and update accounts.
• Reconcile bank statements.
• Verify the accuracy of accounting records and bank statements.
• Conduct stock checks and prepare monthly inventory reports.
• Maintain the asset register, recording depreciation.
• Prepare monthly and yearly income and expense reports for management.
• Present monthly and yearly income statements to management.
• Liaise with banks, the Revenue Department, auditors, and government agencies.
• Perform other assigned tasks as required.
• Assist colleagues within the department as needed.

Requirements:

• Age not more than 30-45 years
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a field related to finance.
• More than 8 years of accounting experience
• Able to prepare company accounts
• Familiar with Thai tax laws and regulations
