Our client is a regional well-known freight forwarding company in South/Southeast Asia, Middle East, etc, Looking for an experienced Sales Manager – Freight Forwarding in Shanghai newly established office.



  • Develop, recommend and execute Sales & Marketing strategy to ensure that the volume and revenue targets are achieved at the best rates.  制定、推荐和执行销售和市场营销策略,确保以最佳的价格完成销售和收入目标。
  • Lead the sales team to enhance performance through leading, motivating, coaching, training, leveraging, sharing information and job enrichment to meet and exceed department KPI targets. 领导销售团队通过领导、激励、指导、培训、利用、分享信息和丰富工作来提高绩效,以达到并超过部门KPI目标。



  • Responsible for Product Sales, Marketing and Business development.
  • 负责产品销售、市场和业务发展。
  • Responsible achievement of Sales & volume targets.
  • 负责完成销售目标和货量目标。
  • Ensure a diverse mix of customer base.
  • 保证客户类型的多样性。
  • Ensuring rates are quoted to the customer within stipulated time and meet targets through quick follow up & conversion.
  • 保证在规定时间内向客户报价,以及实现快速跟踪和业务转化的目标。
  • Compile and monitor approved company sales budgets, market share, marketing plans for different Trade Lanes/ Services.
  • 针对不同的航线服务,编制并监督公司的销售预算、市场份额和营销计划。
  • Drive Contract Logistics, warehousing & transport opportunities through active canvassing & lead sharing.
  • 通过努力征询客户和分享销售线索等积极手段,以抓住合同物流、仓储物流和运输物流的市场机遇。
  • Report on budget performance / variance on a weekly basis.
  • 每周报告预算完成的情况(业绩/预算差异)。
  • Reporting on trade development and competition activities.
  • 报告业务发展和市场竞争的情况。
