Introduction:
Our client is an American Engineering company focused on motion technologies. They are looking for a Sales Manager in Guangzhou.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for setting the strategic direction for Life Science market, including Medical Device, Environmental Monitor, Analytical Instrument and other focused market.
- Work closely with global division and local division, keep China Life Science market sales strategically align with global strategy.
- Through an extensive understanding of the Life Science business plan, will utilize a disciplined approach to manage sales with product planning and Life Science operations to meet customer expectations and Life Science profitability expectations.
- Constructs and implements the annual sales business plans. Develops marketing and sales promotion programs for OEM and distributors
- Establishes and maintains premier customer experience at all the time through leadership.
- Actively visits and set up middle to high level relationship with key OEMs and distributors
- Actively supports cross-divisional and other group products.
- Leads and motivates sales team to achieve company' s strategy.
Requirements:
- Strong record of excellent sales performance
- Experience in Life Science and medical devices
- Great English skills
- Team working experience
