Amata Rayong

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, checking and record for import and export documents (follow Thailand law)
• Contact and coordinate to sales, customer, subcontractors, freight forwarders and delivery personnel
• Organize the shipment and customs clearance and update to related person
• Vertify the product declaration, B/L, FTZ, packing list, invoice and c/o including Customs coordinates
• Support the customs and free trade zone system
• Follows standard operating procedures
• Ensure on-time and in-full cargo pickup by customers and freight forwarders
• Carry out ad-hoc project based on request
• Perform other tasks as assigned by Supervisors and/or Managers

Requirements:

• 25 years old pr above
• Female or Male
• Bachelor degree or above
• Good communication in English
