Payroll and HRIS Specialist

Introduction:

Our client is multinational automotive company

Responsibilities:

  • System administration and maintains employee database in SAP; new employee hiring, resignation, personal data change and manage employee profile
  • Maintains payroll data in SAP and coordinates with payroll outsourcing (OS HRS in Malaysia) for payroll calculation
  • Prepare the document related to the payroll report and coordinated with government offices (Revenue Department, Social Security Office and Provident Fund) and all concerned parties
  • Preparing the reports for support Finance Department; Headcount, GL reports and related payroll files on time by monthly
  • Provide employee services for certification of personal and confidential information upon request, such as salary certification letters for the bank or visa application, pay slips, 50-Tawi and etc.
  • Coordinate with the insurance company in case of IPD, OPD reimbursement claims and movement report
  • Conduct orientation and induction programs for new employees about payroll and Compensation and Benefit
  •  Prepare documents for requesting the tax ID, and SSO ID for expatriation
  •  Handle, and follow up on the progress of the probationary evaluation
  •  Handling time attendance records, leave of absence, HRIS, payroll and man-hour reports for all employees
  •  Ensuring all proceeds align with any audit with disruption
  •  Making sure the employees' data and records are updated in the SAP system, Module; Compensation and Benefit
  • Supports HR administration such as issuing employment certification for visa applications, employee badges and etc.
  • HR Planning & Controlling, Contributes to HR Review & Audits
  • Supports Employee Representative Relationships, Labor Relations & Legal as well as Employee Relations.


Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree or higher in Human Resource Management or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of related working experience in Payroll systems and SAP systems within a multinational company, or manufacturing industry
  • Communicating effectively and being able to work under time pressure
  • SAP system (HR Module) , Payroll and Tax calculation is required
  • Knowledge of Basic Thai Labor Law, SSO and Tax
  • Good English and Thai Language knowledge
