Introduction:

Location: Chonburi

Responsibilities:

• Build products to a high quality and maintain compliance to work instructions or standard work schedule.
• Implement manufacturing process in great detail, troubleshooting at an appropriate level
• Provide technical support to manufacturing with respect to product and process
• Strictly following HSEQ procedures and protocols.
• Monitor and check the product quality and document results in strict adherence to protocols.
• Deliver training to Trainers or Operators within production.
• Technically assess failed product, disposition this product and determine robust corrective actions.
• Ensure that all equipment is calibrated and maintained as required within the Planned Maintenance and calibration schedule.
• Maintain accurate and clear documentation that proves that manufacturing is being carried out in accordance with procedures.
• Identify when the process is deviating from the norm and taking action to correct it.
• Reporting of data and involve senior staff in more complex problems
• Quick and effective diagnosis of routine problems in their manufacturing step.
• Monitoring key variables within the process and making adjustments when required.
• Support the MRB (Material Review Board) process, monitor disposition of non-conforming product implementing corrective actions to reduce manufacturing waste.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or equivalent
• At least 3 years experience in Aerospace or Fiber Optics, Photonics 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English 
• Confidence and abilities to troubleshoot problems
• Proven record in leading multi-disciplinary teams familiar with multi-national companies with strong organizational skills 
• Flexible approach to working to meet project deadlines
