Key responsibilities
Prepare scope of work, work plan and spare-part lists and support clients on particular overhauls, services on their own machines.
All documents must be reviewed and approved by Field Service & Repair Department Manager
Arrange for required documents for each machine referring to NEA standard
All service jobs shall be carried out according to work scopes and time frame as approved by the Manager
Prepare required tools and equipment with the service team and concerned documents as requested by clients
Coordinate with the Manager if required with Project Engineers in order to clarify scope of work and site work with working time
Fulfil required safety work condition, wearing PPE referring to the Company's regulations and requirements from clients
Supervise and control the work quality referring to the Company's regulations and arrange for servicing without any complaints from clients
Coach the service team during working in order to handle and improve technical knowledge and skills as the Company's policy, work standard, and instruction
Prepare service reports and handover to Field Service & Repair Department Manager, and handover reports with clients' signature
Prepare time-sheet and relevant expense reports in required time
Represent NEA Service Company and the Company's policy with high standard and high performance level
Self-motivation and self-confident during maintenance service work at the client's plant and hands on service
Job specification and other qualification
Diploma degree to Bachelor's degree
At least 5-year experience in the field of favorable in reciprocating compressor or marine
Having mechanical knowledge in machine reparation, and installation
Having turbine or equipment knowledge which required engineering skill
Computer literate; MS Office, Internet, and other relevant applications
Good command in English with speaking and writing
Able to read and understand technical drawing
Able to use technical measuring tools, and other equipment
Able to guide a team and work as team members
