HRA Department is a all about supporting company back-end operation to ensure daily smooth operation of the company.
· Responsible for
VIP guest service such as welcoming, serving food/ drinks.
· Welcome walk-in
visitors, determine the nature of business, and announce visitors to
· Keep reception
counter tidy and presentable.
· Monitor on the
general upkeep of the building, especially lobby and meeting room.
· Handle meeting
room reservation and upkeep of meeting room hygiene.
· Assist in answer
phone calls, determine the purpose of callers, and direct incoming calls to
appropriate party promptly and efficiently.
· Assist in updating staff
phone list on monthly basis.
· Monitor visitors’ access
card when necessary.
· Work closely
with another receptionist for general receptionist task.
· Assist admin
team on new/ resign staff fixed asset record; keep updated records and files.
· Work closely
with admin team on admin related matter.
· Perform other clerical
duties as needed, such as filing, photocopying, and collating.

· Possess at
least a Diploma in any field.
· Exceptional in
customer service skill and guest service working experience is added advantage.
· Candidate with
admin experience is added advantage.
· Well versed in
English & Chinese, both written and verbal.
· Attention to
details and working in a team.
