Responsibilities:

1. Manage and oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, issuing, and dispatching of finished goods and raw materials
2. Ensure accurate inventory records by monitoring stock movements, conducting physical stock counts, and reconciling discrepancies between physical inventory and SAP records
3. Manage warehouse locations and storage systems to optimize space utilization, inventory organization, and operational efficiency
4. Implement FIFO (First-In, First-Out) procedures and monitor slow-moving, excess, and aging inventory to maintain proper stock rotation
5. Ensure accurate and timely SAP transactions, including goods receiving, goods issuing, stock transfers, inventory checking, and adjustments
6. Lead and supervise the warehouse team, assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure safe and efficient warehouse operations
7. Maintain warehouse safety standards, procedures, and housekeeping practices to ensure a safe working environment
8. Coordinate closely with Purchasing, Production, Logistics, and other related departments to ensure smooth material flow and timely delivery
9. Monitor warehouse performance, identify process improvement opportunities, and report inventory status, operational issues, and improvement plans to management
10. Communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking management and colleagues in daily operations, meetings, and problem-solving discussions

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management, Business Administration, or a related field
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse management or warehouse operations, preferably in a manufacturing environment
3. Good command of Chinese, with the ability to communicate effectively in daily operations, meetings, and problem-solving discussions
4. Strong hands-on experience with SAP Warehouse / Inventory Management, including goods receiving, goods issuing, stock transfers, inventory checking, and stock counting
5. Good understanding of warehouse management, inventory control, storage location management, and FIFO principles
6. Experience in handling inventory discrepancies, slow-moving, excess, and aging stock
7. Strong team management, leadership, and problem-solving skills
8. Good coordination skills with Purchasing, Production, Logistics, and other cross-functional teams
9. Experience in the packaging or printing industry will be an advantage
10. Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
