Responsibilities:

1. Manage and oversee all warehouse and inventory operations, ensuring alignment with company policies and business goals.
2. Control and optimize stock levels, storage capacity, and material flow, with a strong focus on cold storage and temperature-sensitive products.
3. Ensure proper receiving, storage, picking, and dispatching of goods in compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
4. Implement and maintain warehouse procedures, SOPs, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy.
5. Monitor inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock reconciliation, and audits; investigate and resolve discrepancies.
6. Lead, train, and manage warehouse staff to ensure high productivity, discipline, and performance.
7. Coordinate with procurement, production, QA/QC, and logistics teams to ensure smooth and timely operations.
8. Ensure full compliance with ISO, HACCP, GMP, and BRC standards, including documentation and audit readiness.
9. Manage warehouse KPIs such as inventory accuracy, stock turnover, shrinkage, and on-time delivery.
10. Optimize warehouse layout, space utilization, and workflow to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
11. Oversee the use and improvement of WMS/ERP systems for inventory and warehouse management.
12. Ensure safety, cleanliness, and environmental control within the warehouse, especially for cold storage areas.
13. Manage relationships with suppliers, transport providers, and third-party logistics (3PL), if applicable.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
2. Minimum 8 years of experience in warehouse and inventory management, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role.
3. Strong experience in cold storage or food industry operations is highly preferred.
4. In-depth knowledge of ISO, HACCP, GMP, and BRC standards and audit processes.
5. Experience in warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is an advantage.
6. Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
7. Good analytical skills with the ability to manage data, KPIs, and reporting.
8. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
9. Good communication skills in Thai and basic to intermediate English.
10. Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
