Introduction:

Our client is a leader digital commerce in Southeast Asia

Responsibilities:

• Demand and Supply planning for the assigned brand with issuing PO
• Analyze historical data and performance metrics at the brand level to build a bottoms-up plan and be aligned with sales and operation plans across all FMCG products
• Order replenish management, to ensure and minimize the out-of-stock issue
• Analyze and Inventory control, Develop and measure inventory levels and service and stock cover day follow the target
• Contacting brand supply team/ Fulfillment team including outsource to ensure supply availability and ensure the end-to-end process to deliver availability to purchase in each channel

Requirements:

• Requirements (e.g., education, experiences, skill & knowledge)
• Work experience, minimum 5 years in Demand & Supply Planning or Supply Chain management background
• Good knowledge in overall supply chain /Stock Management/Order fulfillment, and warehouse
• Strong organizational & leadership skills in communication at all levels and execution
• People management skill, Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
• Microsoft Office: Strong in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
• FMCG, Beauty or E-commerce business background
• Good Command in English
