Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day operations of the automated warehouse (ASRS), ensuring smooth dispatch of finished goods in line with customer requirements and inventory control policies.
- Monitor finished goods (FG) inventory levels to ensure accuracy, availability, and efficient storage utilization.
- Assist in packaging operations planning and execution to meet safety, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
- Follow and support quality control procedures in packaging operations to minimize defects and support zero-defect targets.
- Collect and monitor Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) data for packaging machines and warehouse equipment, and report performance issues to supervisors for continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with IT, engineering, and maintenance teams to support troubleshooting and basic preventive maintenance of automated warehouse systems.
- Support commissioning and start-up activities for new facilities and equipment, including packaging areas, warehouse systems, FG storage, automated packaging machines, and conveyor systems.
- Assist in ASRS, DCS, and SAP system operations and integration by following standard operating procedures and coordinating with vendors and internal teams when required.
- Ensure compliance with established safety procedures and warehouse operating standards to maintain a safe working environment.
- Perform inventory checks and cycle counts to ensure high inventory accuracy, supporting reconciliation between physical stock and system records.
- Prepare shift reports, operational records, and documentation related to warehouse and packaging activities.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Materials Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5–8 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations (experience with automated warehouse or ASRS systems is an advantage).
- Experience in packaging operations or manufacturing environments is preferred.
- Knowledge of logistics, supply chain, or warehouse management systems; logistics or supply chain certification is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of packaging standards, safety regulations, and warehouse best practices.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Willing and able to work in shift-based operations.
