Introduction:

Our client is seeking talented individuals, from fresh graduates eager to learn to experienced professionals ready to lead, to join our innovative team. This role offers the opportunity to work hands-on with cutting-edge technology and contribute to the full software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

Understand Requirements: Translate complex customer needs and specifications into clear, actionable software requirements.

Develop and Innovate: Design and build robust PLC, C#, and Vision Technology code, leveraging our in-house libraries and development tools to ensure efficient and high-quality solutions.

Ensure Quality: Perform thorough unit testing and debugging to guarantee software functionality and reliability. You'll also participate in peer reviews to maintain code quality and best practices.

Enhance Performance & Safety: Create precision equipment tuning guides and implement critical interlock and anti-collision logic to boost performance and ensure safe operation.

Manage Projects: Oversee software project lifecycles from start to finish, coordinating tasks, managing schedules, communicating effectively with stakeholders, and ensuring timely delivery while upholding rigorous quality standards.

Empower Users: Develop comprehensive training materials and conduct effective training sessions for Field Service, Design Quality teams, and customers, ensuring seamless and efficient tool operation.

Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. We're open to fresh graduates with a strong foundational understanding and passion for the field.

For Senior candidates, at least 4 years of experience in equipment control software design and development using specialized languages (PLC, C#.NET).

Familiarity with programming languages such as Ladder, CoDeSys, TwinCAT, or any IEC61131-3 equivalent.

A hands-on approach to the development cycle, coupled with an independent and flexible work style, and a genuine passion for engineering excellence.

A self-starter who can take initiative and a highly effective communicator.

Experience in developing TwinCAT and SECS/GEM applications would be a significant advantage.
