Introduction:

Responsible for overseeing product development and end-to-end merchandising operations in alignment with assigned buyer accounts. Key duties involve driving business objectives, ensuring production efficiency, and delivering quality knit products through strategic coordination and technical expertise.

Responsibilities:

Core Responsibilities: Lead product assortment development, ensuring alignment with buyer specifications and seasonal requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, planning, quality assurance, logistics) to achieve timely and quality product execution. Ensure consistent mill capacity loading with confirmed sales orders to maintain optimal production flow. Sales & Performance: Support and implement sales-driven strategies to enhance mill performance through a customer-centric approach. Monitor daily and weekly sales reports to assess product movement, recommending rotation strategies across onsite and digital channels. Costing & Reporting: Develop and manage costing sheets using accurate, real-time figures, including actual loss data based on completion reports submitted by the Merchandising Manager. Align costing practices with management expectations to ensure transparency and profitability. Operational Flexibility & Leadership: Adjust schedules, task allocation, and team priorities responsively based on shifting business needs and buyer urgencies. Oversee sample development process, verifying compliance with all buyer technical and aesthetic requirements prior to submission. Merchandise Analytics: Analyze online merchandise performance using site analytics and sales data to optimize assortment presentation and selling strategies. Maximize customer service and selling efficiency by coordinating optimal staff scheduling across channels.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's and Collage Degree in Marketing, Manufacturing, Technical, Business/Management, Supervision, Industrial, Leadership, Technology Experience: 5 years Essential Knowledge: Prior experience in dyeing cotton based knit fabric required, proficient in reactive garment, Knitted mill.
