Introduction:

Industry: Leading Global Manufacturing Location: Rayong / Chonburi Area, Thailand

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and optimize networking (WAN, LAN, WLAN) and server environments, specifically utilizing VMware platforms and Windows Servers.
2. Provide high-level troubleshooting and end-user support for local and overseas locations. Manage the IT Service Desk lifecycle, including complex escalations.
3. Maintain a stable Windows domain environment and collaborate with regional teams to ensure platform security and integrity.
4. Implement proactive risk management plans to prevent system downtime and ensure continuous production capabilities.
5. Oversee IT asset management, conduct yearly audits, and ensure all systems adhere to corporate IT security policies and compliance strategies.
6. Support the integration of enterprise tools (Office 365, ERP/SAP) and maintain comprehensive technical documentation and project updates.

Requirements:

1. Strong background in networking, server management, and virtualization (VMware). Experience with SAP and iOS device management is an advantage.
2. Good command of English for effective communication with regional management and international teams.
3. A proactive problem-solver with strong logical thinking skills and the ability to work independently.
4. Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is highly preferred.
