Key Responsibilities
· To handle the process of recruitment and employment contract arrangement
· To handle visa & work permit, and all concerning processes
· To monitor the implementation of company's rules and regulation
· To monitor the implementation of international standard ISO9001
· To handle employee relation such as company activities and safety regulations
· To handle benefit and welfare arrangement
· To support for annually review, performance evaluation, and salary review
· To update job description and specification
· To update organization chart
· To perform other duties as assigned
Job Specifications
· Bachelor's degree in human resources or other related fields
· Having 7 to 10-year experience in a field, international company culture preferable for US or Europe company
· Having experiences to work with BOI, Labour Department, and Immigration (good relationship)
· Having willing to gain over HR function experience
· Having a good experience in recruitment, training, workman compensation fund, company rules and regulations, and international standards ISO9001
· Computer literate - MS office
· Good command in English both writing and speaking
· Self-motivated, systematic thinking, good organizer, fast learner, good communication skill, pro-active, accountability and assertiveness, good negotiation skill, flexible, and service mind
· Good personality and good attitude
· Maturity and high problem-solving skill
· Interpersonal Skill
· Flexibility to solutions
· High commitment with loyalty
