Introduction:

We are seeking a Senior Accountant to manage payroll operations, support tax compliance, and oversee fixed asset accounting. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on detail and values accuracy in financial processes.

Responsibilities:

1. Process monthly payroll for local and expat staff, including allowances, deductions, and tax compliance
2. Upload salary payments to the bank and record financial entries in SAP
3. Handle fixed asset capitalization, AUC settlement, asset disposal, and CWIP tracking
4. Prepare monthly capex reports and support budgeting for capital projects
5. Calculate and file personal withholding tax (PND1) and issue tax certificates
6. Conduct fixed asset physical verification and reconcile results with SAP
7. Support internal and external audits by providing payroll, capex, and tax-related reports

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
2. 5 years of relevant experience in payroll processing, capital expenditure (Capex) accounting and fixed assets
3. Demonstrated experience in handling payroll for both local and expatriate employees
4. Strong understanding of payroll regulations, capital expenditure (Capex) accounting and fixed asset accounting principles
5. Good in English communication
