Responsibilities:

1. Maintain relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
2. Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
3. Support the sales team by preparing quotations, sales reports, and customer proposals.
4. Coordinate with internal departments (production, logistics, customer service) to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
5. Visit customers regularly to understand their needs and provide appropriate packaging solutions.
6. Handle inquiries, resolve customer concerns, and provide after-sales support.
7. Assist in market research and competitor analysis to support sales strategies

Requirements:

1. Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2. 3-4 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or sales in the packaging industry or related fields.
3. Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
4. Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
6. Valid drivers license and willingness to travel for customer visits.
