Introduction:

Our client is a leading real estate development company based in Phuket, Thailand. We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Director to lead efforts in the luxury real estate sector.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's business objectives to enhance brand awareness and market share.
  2. Lead the marketing team, providing strategic direction and professional support to maximize operational efficiency.
  3. Conduct market research and analysis to gain insights into market trends, competitors, and customer needs to support marketing decision-making.
  4. Develop and implement brand promotion plans to strengthen brand image and influence, including online and offline advertising, public relations activities, and social media marketing.
  5. Plan and execute marketing campaigns for projects, defining sales strategies, pricing strategies, and promotional strategies to ensure project sales targets are achieved.
  6. Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize return on investment.
  7. Monitor and analyze marketing performance, regularly evaluating data to continuously adjust marketing strategies and plans.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Real Estate Management, Business Administration, or related fields (preferred).
  2. At least 5 years of experience in real estate marketing, with a minimum of 3 years in a Marketing Director or equivalent position.
  3. Proven successful case studies are a significant advantage.
  4. Deep knowledge of the real estate industry and strong market insight, understanding trends, regulations, and marketing models.
  5. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams toward achieving goals.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships both internally and with external partners.
  7. Strong planning and execution skills, able to create and implement effective marketing plans.
  8. Extensive media resources and strong relationships with media outlets, along with expertise in digital marketing.
  9. Must be fluent in at least two of the following languages: Chinese, English, or Russian.
