Developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share within the automotive industry.
Building and nurturing strong, long-term relationships with existing clients, serving as their primary point of contact and addressing their needs and concerns in a timely manner.
Identifying and prospecting potential new clients within the automotive sector, including OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers), Tier 1 suppliers, and aftermarket distributors.
Conducting market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive threats, and using this information to develop targeted sales strategies.
Collaborating closely with internal teams, including product development, engineering, and marketing, to ensure alignment between customer requirements and product offerings.
Preparing and delivering presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing the value proposition of our precision automotive electronics solutions.
Negotiating contracts, pricing agreements, and terms of sale to maximize profitability while meeting customer expectations and company objectives.
Monitoring sales performance metrics, including pipeline development, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts, and providing regular reports and updates to senior management.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven track record of success in sales management within the automotive industry, with a focus on precision electronics or automotive components.
Deep understanding of automotive electronics technologies, trends, and market dynamics.
Strong network of contacts within the automotive industry, particularly among OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts and value propositions to diverse audiences.
Results-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify actionable insights.
Fluency in English and Thai, with additional language proficiency considered a plus.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
