Introduction:

Spare parts Engineer (Good English)

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers and understand requirements for equipment spare parts
• Create and sending quotation in accordance as customer requested
• Follow-up with the customer to determine the approval of the quotation
• Ensure that the customer is within the warranty period 
• Update purchase records and checking the specifications before removing the parts from the warehouse 
• Ensuring that the equipment/parts and quantity are updated

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or higher in engineering(Mechanical, Electrical) or any related fields.  

• Ability to communicate in English (Fluent both spoken and written)  

• At least 1 year experience in service field of spare parts

• Background in HVAC, Cooling Tower, Refrigeration is a plus.
