Responsibilities:

1. Manage and organize sales-related documents, including quotations, price requests, and contracts
2. Coordinate with suppliers, internal teams, and customers to ensure smooth sales operations
3. Prepare and submit accurate weekly and monthly sales reports
4. Support the sales team in maintaining relationships with existing and new clients
5. Assist with other administrative or sales-related tasks as assigned

Requirements:

1. Bachelors degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or sales support, preferably in plastic pellets or related industries
3. Familiarity with plastic resin products and the petrochemical market
4. Strong coordination and communication skills, both written and verbal
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
6. Fluent in English; ability to communicate in Chinese is an advantage
7. Must possess a valid drivers license and be open to occasional travel
