Introduction:

Location: FYI Center, Bangkok, Thailand Salary: THB 18,000 – 20,000 / month Experience Level: Fresh graduates are welcome

Responsibilities:

1. Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and business partners in a professional manner
2. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls efficiently
3. Manage visitor registration and coordinate with relevant departments
4. Maintain security procedures by monitoring visitor access and issuing visitor passes
5. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, parcels, and courier services
6. Provide general administrative and clerical support
7. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
8. Support meeting room bookings and prepare meeting arrangements when required
9. Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors as necessary
10. Perform other assigned administrative duties

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in any field (New graduates are welcome)
2. Good command of English (able to communicate and handle phone calls)
3. Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication skills
4. Service-minded, polite, and professional attitude
5. Basic computer skills (MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook)
6. Well-groomed appearance and punctuality
