Introduction:

Reporting to GM & Director

Responsibilities:

-Understanding the requirement of tender document

-Exercise collaborative plan and define extend of works

-Understanding and achieve within timelines

-Timely management of tender activities

-General duty include measurement of quantity, collect quotation, cost comparison and participate in prepare tender price

-Review of quotations with the specification designed

-Review of the quantity from each buddies, cross check for possible item that may have overlook

-Proof reading of tender responses to highlight areas for incorporation of quantity and ensure issuance to stake holders to quote for works

-Negotiate price with Subcontractor/partnership

-Review of cost impact (Value Engineering proposal/ Variations)

Requirements:

Possess a Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering/Quantity Surveying/Building or equivalent

-Minimum 3 years of working experience in Singapore building construction industry with the Main contractor preferred

-Experience in tendering work

-Sound computer literacy including advanced skills in Excel.

-Experienced in AutoCAD
