Introduction:

Hiring for Quantity Surveyor to be based in Singapore and reporting to Sales Manager.

Responsibilities:

- Seeking tender opportunity, prepare tender and contracts

- Attending site meetings with consultants, architects, clients and other contractors

- Feasibility of client requests

- Good and sharp in reading specifications and drawings, ensuring quotations are in compliance

- Preparation of contracts, details including quantities of required materials, preparation of bill of quantities

- Cost analysis of projects, cost planning and budgeting

- Analysing completed work and arranging payment to contractors

- Allocation and planning of work to contractors

- Site visits, assessments and projections for future

Requirements:

- Must know how to operate Autocad 2D/3D

- Min 3 years experience in construction, diploma in QS course or equivalent
