Introduction:

Amata City Rayong

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare, translate, and maintain quality documents, including inspection procedures, quality records, work instructions, and other related documentation in Thai and English/Chinese.
2. Support the management and control of the company's Quality Management System (QMS) documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
3. Assist in product certification activities, including RoHS, UL, TUV, and other applicable regulatory and customer requirements.
4. Participate in internal, customer, and third-party quality audits, and follow up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to ensure continuous improvement.
5. Conduct quality-related training and competency evaluations for employees to ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures.
6. Support the investigation of quality issues, customer complaints, and product non-conformities, and assist in implementing corrective actions.
7. Perform production line inspections and monitor manufacturing processes to ensure products meet quality requirements.
8. Collect, organize, maintain, and archive quality records and reports in accordance with company policies and quality standards.
9. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support quality improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with company and customer requirements.
10. Perform other quality-related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Science, Quality Management, or a related field.
2. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
3. Good command of English or Chinese in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
5. Strong documentation, communication, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
6. Self-motivated, responsible, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
7. Willing to work in a cleanroom environment and comply with company confidentiality requirements.
