Knowledge in ISO 22000 and HACCP FSSC 22000
Job Description
Implement and monitor QA statistical control to ensure all processes follow customer requirement and the Company standard.
Support internal and external audit by prepare QA reports (GMP, HACCP, related ISO).
Perform full run test to solve the complaints from customers.
Perform GMP and HACCP monitoring on receiving, in process and outgoing.
Generate report on products, components, equipment, systems, and processes by GMP and HACCP standard.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree of Biology Science, Biotechnology Science, Food Science, Chemistry.
5 years working in quality assurance experiences with food manufacture will be advantage.
Knowledge in ISO 22000 and HACCP FSSC 22000.
Good command of English and good computer skills.
