Responsibilities:

• Assist customer in claim part and warranty claim and prepare the reports .
• Support customer with all concern problem.
• Being a team leader on non-conformity parts.
• Ensure all activities and document.

Requirements:

• Male/Female
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent field.
• Good command of English.
• Have some background with IATF16949, ISO14001 would be preferred.
• Have a strong leadership skill.
