Introduction:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Director to lead a significant global brand partnership within the sports industry. This role requires a strong understanding of experiential marketing, event production, and client relationship management.

Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

Serve as the primary point of contact for a major global client.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Proactively anticipate client needs and exceed expectations.

Project Management:

Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of global brand activation campaigns.

Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.

Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

Event Production:

Manage the production of high-impact events, including experiential activations, sponsorships, and digital campaigns.

Oversee logistics, vendor management, and on-site execution.

Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and quality standards.

Market Knowledge:

Stay up-to-date on industry trends and consumer insights.

Identify opportunities to leverage emerging technologies and innovative approaches.

Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations.

Requirements:

Proven experience in project management, event production, and client services.

Strong understanding in brand activation strategies for the Sport or Entertainment industries Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Fluency in Japanese, with strong English language skills.

Ability to travel internationally.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Proficiency in project management tools and software.
