Responsibilities:

• Ensure production capacity aligns with the production plan to achieve targets. Adjust and optimize capacity as needed.
• Maintain and manage production costs to keep them low and within budget.
• Work to minimize production lead times and improve efficiency.
• Maximize the efficiency of factory production resources to enhance overall productivity.
• Gather and analyze information, news, and results from planning activities to provide management with data for informed decision-making.
• Compute the usable production capacity of each unit on a periodic basis.
• Determine and calculate the workload or production capacity requirements for each unit within each period.
• Address discrepancies between usable production capacity and production requirements. Make adjustments to align capacity with workload requirements where possible.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree or higher in a relevant field
• Proficient in Thai and Chinese (both written and spoken)
• At least 1 year of experience in production planning is preferred. New graduates are also welcome to apply.
• Able to travel to work independently
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with relevant software
