3. Collaborate closely with R&D and plant operations teams, acting as a vital business partner to align goals and optimize processes.
4. Provide technical support and manage all aspects of industrialization activities, identifying and resolving potential challenges proactively.
5. Lead problem-solving initiatives to address industrialization hurdles, implementing effective solutions to maintain production efficiency.
6. Ensure strict compliance with production standards and specifications, maintaining the highest levels of quality and consistency.
7. Manage the introduction of new materials and compounds into the production process, ensuring proper handling, storage, and utilization.
8. Foster a collaborative and efficient team environment within the plant, promoting effective task distribution and teamwork.

Requirements:

1. Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field.
2. Significant experience in engineering, preferably within the automotive or industrial manufacturing sector.
3. Demonstrated strong problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills.
4. Proven experience working in large international corporations with complex organizational structures.
5. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to diverse audiences.
6. Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
7. Fluency in English is essential.
