Introduction:

Molding Production Supervisor in Rayong, Thailand

Responsibilities:

• VHP lead series production, VNP connector molding, SOP, upgrading and tracking OEE, C/T, production efficiency, scrap reduction, and process monitoring to ensure quality, cost, and yield.

• Supporting the establishment of new models from SE teamwork to SOP in Hemaraj, MAE, providing tools and preparing documents.

• Increasing lead capacity of existing products, including MAE and tools.

• Collaborate with the BPS cross-functional team on quality production activities and HSE safety

• Leading improvement projects such as RPP and system CIP

• Participating in and initiating/supporting engineering change requests. (ECR preparation and editing)

• Lead the rollout of new part numbers for existing product families based on series production releases and ITAF standards.

• Reporting and communication for factory leadership. and frequent contact with external suppliers.

• Prepare production documents and work standards (e.g. work instructions, test instructions, etc.)

• Create, review, and revise P-FMEA, control plans, including developing error proofing in specific areas.

• Supports internal and external audits such as IATF 16949, ISO 14001 and safety audits.

• Lead/support 8D activities and customer requests.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree with engineering background or related field

• Good communication skills in English

• Experience in manufacturing production in automotive, molding technology or polymer

• Experience in Plastic injection process at least 3 years

• Advance problem-solving skill
