Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop innovative and high affect talent management and development programs and processes to improve the depth and diverseness talent.
  • Provide proficient consultation on all phases of talent management and successors such as succession management, assessment, talent pipelines, selection processes, and so on.
  • Assure the appropriate connection of proposal and delivery methods, education and development programs to business.
  • Drive and facilitate the effective corporate leadership development programs such as workshops, sharing, etc.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or higher in HRD or related field
  • 7 years experience in field of career development , talent development, talent retention
  • Strong people development background within and relevant industry with significant experience of development and implementing people development strategy
  • Strong team management skills, project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Able to communicate effectively through written and verbal methods across multiple communication channels
