Our client is one of the largest group in Singapore seeking for qualified and enthusiastic Infant Care Teacher to join their warm and welcoming childcare center.

Responsibilities:

Provide a Safe and Nurturing Environment:

• Create a clean, safe, and stimulating learning environment for infants.
• Ensure the physical and emotional wellbeing of each child through attentive care.
• Follow all safety protocols and hygiene standards.

Nurture Early Development:

• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote cognitive, physical, social, and emotional development.
• Observe and document each child's progress, maintaining detailed records.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about their child's development and needs.

Build Relationships:

• Develop trusting and nurturing relationships with each infant.
• Foster positive interactions among children, promoting social skills development.
• Collaborate effectively with other teachers and childcare staff.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Assist with feeding, diapering, and other daily routines.
• Maintain accurate records and complete reports as required.
• Stay up-to-date on best practices in early childhood education.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years in similar experience diploma/certificate in Early Childhood Education or equivalent experience working with infants.
• Strong understanding of child development milestones.
• Proven ability to create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with infants.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• CPR and First Aid certified (preferred)
