Introduction:

Contract manufacturer of Printed Circuit Board Assembly ( PCBA ), Wire-Harness & Interconnect systems, Box Build and Equipment Manufacturing. Position: GENERAL MANAGER (TO BE BASED IN VIETNAM) OPEN TO SINGAPOREAN, SINGAPORE PR AND MALAYSIAN.

Responsibilities:

In this “highly visible” position, the GM will manage a Regional EMS (Electronic Manufacturing Services) business, overseeing the operating businesses in Vietnam and reporting to the MD.

We’re looking for an experienced leader to be the “Change Agent” using your great business acumen and in-depth Electronics Manufacturing experience to run this business unit.

This is a business and operations (end to end) leadership role responsible for setting the site’s strategy and direction to achieve or exceed business objectives, total customer satisfaction, operational excellence and financial results.

You will engage with Engineering, Operations, Programs and Manufacturing leaders to improve site communications, practices & policies, product development & deliverables &quality control etc…

Manage the day-to-day operation needs, evaluate risks & costs, manage P&L

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Strategic leadership with background in ELECTRONIC MANUFACTURING SERVICES

Leadership of Operations, Engineering, and Project Management with dotted lines to Legal, Finance, Customer Service, IT, Sales, and Human Resources.

At least 10 years’ experience in business creation and operational management in an electrical & electronic manufacturing environment

Requirements:

EDUCATION

At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering discipline (Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical or Mechatronics, etc.)
