• Repair and Maintenance own asset
• Employee benefits related works.
• Control outsource company (Security ,Maid, Car leasing, Utilities )
• Preparing general affair relate document.
• Other related job 

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in general affairs or a related field.
• Female candidates are preferred due to specific role requirements.
• Proficiency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong experience in procurement, asset management, and vendor control.
• Knowledge of employee benefits administration and related processes.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
