Introduction:

This senior management role is responsible for overseeing the company's financial operations and managing the accounts receivable (AR) department. The person in this role makes sure the company's finances are healthy, manages money coming in from customers, and develops financial policies.

Responsibilities:

1. Financial Management:
2. Develop, implement, and manage the company's financial plans and operations.  
3. Establish guidelines and procedures for financing activities.  
4. Manage trade finance activities related to import and export.  
5. Develop and implement strategies to prevent and manage financial risks, including exchange rate and interest rate risks.  
6. Create guidelines for financial planning and liquidity management.  

Accounts Receivable (AR) Management:

1. Plan, implement, and control accounts receivable operations according to company policies.  
2. Define credit terms and conditions for customers.  
3. Establish procedures for setting up debtor accounts and managing debt write-offs.  
4. Develop and implement debt collection procedures.  
5. Monitor and pursue legal action against non-performing debtors.  
6. Improve and modernize payment policies and procedures.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.  
2. Minimum of 10 years of direct experience in accounting and finance.  
3. Experience in auditing firms is considered an advantage.  
4. Strong knowledge of financial report analysis and providing recommendations to management.  
5. Ability to monitor and analyze business performance.  
6. Experience in analyzing and forecasting exchange rates.  
7. CPD license is preferred.  
8. Proficiency in English (daily communication level).
