Responsibilities:

· Developed mechanical components and systems for commercial dishwashers, adapting designs for Asia-Pacific markets.

· Supported cost reduction and value engineering initiatives, optimizing designs for performance and manufacturability.

· Created detailed 3D models and 2D drawings using SolidWorks.

· Built prototypes and conducted verification testing to ensure design reliability.

· Prepared technical documentation and BOMs for production.

· Collaborated with suppliers, production teams, and global R&D, including Germany-based teams.

Requirements:

-Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields

-2 years of experience in product development.

-Skilled in designing plastic injection molded and sheet metal components, optimizing for performance, cost, and manufacturability.

-Proficient in SolidWorks; experienced with CAE tools (FEA, CFD) to validate designs and improve product reliability.

-Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; consistently delivers structured, solution-oriented results.

-Good English skills, both spoken and written.

-Training abroad.
