Company Overview: Join a leading organization in the automotive industry, where prioritize innovation, excellence, and a dynamic work environment. We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Executive Assistant / HR Administrative Assistant to support HR team and office operations.

Responsibilities:

Location: Bangkok, Thailand

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Salary: 60,000 - 80,000 THB

Key Responsibilities:

Executive Assistant Duties:

  • Arrange all business trips for the Country Manager.
  • Process expenses claims for the Country Manager.
  • Manage and coordinate meeting schedules.
  • Lead special projects and team gatherings; prepare detailed reports on the outcomes.
  • Develop and prepare presentations on assigned topics.

HR Administration:

  • Assist with HR administrative tasks as assigned by the HR Business Partner (HRBP).
  • Manage and track overall team Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and lead monthly target reviews.
  • Prepare and present monthly KPI reports.

Office Management:

  • Oversee daily office and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operational support.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and handle procurement orders.
  • Serve as the liaison with the office landlord for all operational matters.
  • Coordinate with IT support teams (both local and Singapore-based) to ensure seamless IT operations, including staff company iPhone arrangements.
  • Collaborate with the Purchasing Department for office-related purchasing.
  • Support the planning and execution of all office events not related to the Communications Team, including both in-house and off-site activities.
  • Manage accommodation and transportation for guests and visitors.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar administrative role, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
