Introduction:

Location : Laemchabang, Chonburi

Responsibilities:

Maintain strong connections with domestic and overseas clients.

Deliver outstanding customer service especially to resolve issues for customers efficiently.

Engage with clients and manage relationships with all concerned parties

Enhance customer experience with excellent service outcomes

Assist the Customer Service Manager with process reviews

Oversee and enhance KPIs to ensure client's satisfaction.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields

5-7 years experience in Customer Service with background from Logistics, Freight, Terminal business is a plus

Demonstrate exceptional multitasking abilities

Experience to serve as a representative of company in the events or meetings

Fluent in English communication is a must
