• Provide accurate, timely, and proactive customer service to the Company’s customers as well as effectively communicating and coordinating with internal departments and third parties to meet customer requirements.
• Ensure smooth booking, documentation accurate invoice, and timely freight process flow.
• Meet compliance at all times to regulations and industry standards. This includes internal policies and external government regulations or customer’s policies/requirements.
• Processing Export shipments as per Shipping Instruction or SOP, this will include coordinate with overseas offices, other stations, and carriers.
• Provide feedback on shipment and process improvement to Sea freight Manager . Overseas communications, timely responses to emails and requests (internal and external)
• Responsible for all rating of ocean freight, price quotations, documentation, system entry, and customer service for ocean freight activity
• Collaborate with different departments to support the booking/documentation process and establish monitoring processes, where applicable, to ensure timely deliveries and quality compliance.

Requirements:

 •   Bachelor's Degree in business management or related field.

 •   Computer literacy in MS Office (Word / Excel) and Lotus Notes.

 •   Pleasant personality with Good command in English.

 •   Minimum 3 years of experience as Customer Service or Sale Coordinating function.

 •   Having at least 3 years of work experience in the Freight forwarding Business. Experience in Control Tower Task is a big plus

 •   Available to learn and work with new software and system
