This pivotal role will be instrumental in navigating market complexities and establishing a robust commercial foundation within the region.
You shall serve as Ambassador holding comprehensive responsibility for strategic planning, business development, and brand building within the local market.
Group Representation and Branding
Act as the official face in Japan, working directly with government agencies, business associations, and trade promotion organizations.
Build, consolidate, and elevate brand position as a prestigious, reliable, and innovative technology partner in the Japanese market.
Represent the brand and speak at major technology events and seminars (such as Japan IT Week) to promote the Group’s ecosystem of products and services.

Local Team Building and Development
Recruit, build, and manage a high-quality workforce for the representative office/branch in Japan.
Train, coach, inspire, and lead the team to achieve business objectives.
Foster a professional, multicultural, and cohesive work environment that complies with local laws
To succeed in this role,
Minimum 05 - 07 years in senior management roles (Sales Director, Market Development Director, Country Manager) within IT, IT Outsourcing, Telecoms, or Information Security.
Currently living and working in Japan with sufficient tenure to deeply understand local business culture, working styles, and legal regulations.
An excellent record of strategic planning, market expansion, and delivering breakthrough revenue in the Japanese market.
Strategic thinking, macro vision, and keen business acumen. Exceptional skills in management, operations, and team inspiration.
Top-tier presentation, negotiation, and persuasion skills at the C-level. Ability to handle situations flexibly and tactfully in an international business environment.
Languages:
Japanese capable of fluent negotiation, presentation, and technical drafting.
English: Proficient (equivalent to IELTS 7.0 or higher) for communication within the Group’s global environment.
Entrepreneurial spirit: Decisive, proactive, and ready to face challenges.
Professional and standardized demeanor, representing the image of a leading technology group.
Superior bilingual communication skills, capable of high-level business negotiation and stakeholder management.
Current in leading organizations specializing in ITO (IT Outsourcing), Telecommunications, Cybersecurity (ATTT), Cloud Computing, and Artificial Intelligence (AI).
