Responsibilities:

1. Provide accurate interpretation between Chinese and Thai for daily communication within the Production Department.
2. Support meetings, production discussions, training sessions, and technical communications between Chinese and local employees.
3. Translate documents, including production reports, work instructions, SOPs, technical documents, and internal communications.
4. Coordinate effectively with Production, Engineering, Quality, and other related departments.
5. Assist Chinese management with day-to-day operational communication and administrative support.
6. Ensure accurate and confidential handling of all translated information and documents.
7. Be flexible in supporting additional assignments and operational requirements as needed.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Chinese, Business Administration, Linguistics, or a related field.
2. At least 1–2 years of experience as a Chinese Interpreter or Translator in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
3. Fluent in Chinese (HSK Level 5 or above is preferred), with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. English communication skills will be considered a strong advantage.
5. Proficient in translating both verbal conversations and written documents accurately.
6. Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
7. Flexible, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
8. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
9. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
