Introduction:

Location: Bang Pakong, Chachoengsao Salary: 28,000 – 35,000 THB (Depending on experience) We are seeking a motivated Chinese Interpreter Coordinator to join our team in Bang Pakong, Chachoengsao. This role will serve as a key communication bridge between Chinese management and local employees, supporting daily operations, cross-functional collaboration, and business communications within a dynamic working environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide accurate interpretation support during daily operations, meetings, and communications between Chinese management and local employees.
2. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across departments, ensuring smooth coordination and mutual understanding among stakeholders.
3. Attend meetings, prepare meeting minutes, summarize key discussion points, and support follow-up actions to ensure efficient operational execution.
4. Assist with the translation of business documents, reports, emails, and other materials as required.
5. Promote effective communication across multicultural teams while maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and accuracy.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Chinese Language, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
2. At least 0–2 years of experience in Chinese interpretation, preferably within warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or operational environments.
3. Chinese language proficiency at HSK Level 5 or above. (Good command of English will be an advantage.)
4. Strong interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and cultures.
5. Detail-oriented, well-organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a dynamic working environment.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
