Introduction:

Primary Objectives of Position - Support sewing production on machine preparation 3 days before to start production. - To ensure reduce machine break down and control machine spare part. * Reduce changeover time * Spare part and needle control * Control machine maintenance and operation * Prepare template and sewing toll production * Control machine upkeeping and cleaning. * Manage training of the mechanics * Maintain safety & 6S * Manage Department Cost

Responsibilities:

1. Plan and arrange mechanics daily mechanical jobs in the sewing line.

2. Prepare sewing machine folders, attachments, guides and tools.

3. Upgrade mechanics skills through weekly on the jobs training and seminars.

4. Developing the performance of sewing machines to increase the quality and productivity.

5. Perform innovations on machine. Accessories and guide to reduce waste on rejects, helps operations handing and increase efficiency.

6. Check and review every 2hours of QC inline inspection report to take immediate action if the root causes of defects are from machines.

Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning etc.)

Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities of company business and general affairs.

Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes.

Requirements:

Minimum Education / Qualifications

High School

Minimum Years of Relevant Experience

Minimum 15 years in same position.

Knowledge/Skills

Adjust all kind of sewing machines prepare the template and folder if sewing line needs.
