Introduction:

Location: Muang, Rayong Salary: 70,000 90,000 THB

Responsibilities:

1. Participate in the design, installation, and commissioning of new equipment and processes.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, maintenance, and quality control.
3. Monitor and analyze chemical processes to identify areas for optimization and improvement.
4. Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
5. Conduct process simulations and modeling to evaluate proposed changes and improvements.
6. Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
7. Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process flow diagrams (PFDs).
8. Conduct risk assessments and hazard analyses to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
9. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in chemical process engineering.
10. Lead or participate in projects related to process optimization, equipment upgrades, and new product development.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
2. 5 years of experience as a Chemical Process Engineer in a manufacturing environment (preferably in the chemical, petrochemical, or related industry).
3. Strong understanding of chemical processes, unit operations, and process control systems.
4. Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations.
5. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
6. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
7. Proficiency in English.
8. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
9. Experience with statistical process control (SPC).
10. Professional Engineering license or certification.
